QWA partnered with the design team from Design Next Agency on this restaurant which is a great addition to the Brooklyn Parkslop neighborhood. Fleur serves Shanghainese cuisine in its reminiscent early 20th century China style. We conducted a thorough assessment of the existing conditions, replacing much of the HVAC and plumbing infrastructure while upgrading the space with new fixtures and cooking equipment.
