Fleur

This is a great addition to the Brooklyn Parkslope neighborhood. Fleur serves Shanghainese cuisine in its reminiscent early 20th-century China style. We conducted a thorough assessment of the existing conditions, replacing much of the HVAC and plumbing infrastructure while upgrading the space with new fixtures and cooking equipment.
